为探究强壮箭虫(Sagitta crassa)在黄河口及其邻近水域的时空分布特征及其与生物和非生物环境等因子的关系,本文依据2013—2014年在黄河口及其邻近水域6个航次的调查数据,采用丛生指标(I)、聚块性指标(A)和负二项分布参数的倒数(CA)等聚集指标,分析了强壮箭虫的空间分布特征;应用广义可加模型(GAM)研究了强壮箭虫密度的时空分布和环境因子的关系。结果表明,黄河口及其邻近水域强壮箭虫平均密度为21.85 ind/m3,春、秋季高,冬、夏季低;其密度的空间分布以黄河入海口附近水域为密集中心,向远岸水域逐渐降低;强壮箭虫在黄河口及其邻近水域的聚集特征随密度的变化存在两次聚集和两次扩散;水深、表层水温和浮游桡足类密度是影响其密度时空分布的主要因子,总偏差解释率为55.11%,强壮箭虫密度随水深的增加而减小,随表层水温的升高先增加后减小,随桡足类密度的增加而增加。强壮箭虫密度受黄河口及其邻近水域环境因子变动的影响,具有明显的季节变化和空间分布规律。  相似文献

浙江6个列岛大型底栖藻类分类多样性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文基于对七星列岛大型底栖藻类的实地调查,结合浙南3个列岛(七星列岛、南麂列岛和洞头列岛)和浙北3个列岛(渔山列岛、中街山列岛和马鞍列岛)大型底栖藻类物种组成的有关文献,构建大型底栖藻类基础数据库。采用平均分类差异指数△~+、分类差异变异指数∧~+、G-F多样性测度指数和相似性系数开展分类多样性研究。结果显示:6个列岛藻类在目级和科级的相似性很高,其值均在0.800以上;洞头列岛的△~+值最高(77.42),中街山列岛最低(72.65),这表明洞头列岛大型底栖藻类类群间的亲缘关系较远,中街山列岛藻类类群间的亲缘关系较近;七星列岛的∧~+值最高,达942.00,南麂列岛最低,仅865.12,这表明南麂列岛大型底栖藻类在不同分类阶元分布最均匀,七星列岛的藻类分布较集中;南麂列岛无论是F指数、G指数还是G-F指数的值均比其他5个列岛高,依次为18.62,4.40和0.76,这说明南麂列岛藻类的生态位分化程度较高。本研究构建了6个列岛大型底栖藻类资源与分类多样性基础数据库,为有效保护和管理大型底栖藻类提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Digital outcrop models help to constrain the interactions of stratigraphic and structural heterogeneity on ancient depositional systems. This study uses a stochastic approach that incorporates stratigraphic and structural modeling to interrogate the three-dimensional morphology of deep-water channel strata outcropping on Sierra del Toro in the Magallanes Basin of Chile. This approach considers the relative contributions, and associated uncertainty, of erosional downcutting versus post-depositional structural folding and small-offset faulting on the present-day configuration of the submarine channel complexes. Paleodepositional channel-belt gradients were modeled using a combination of three-dimensional visualization, stochastic surface modeling, palinspastic restoration, and decompaction modeling that are bound with errors constrained by stratigraphic and structural uncertainty. Modeling results indicate that at least 100 m of downcutting occurs over 6 km, and the resultant thalweg gradient of 64–125 m/km (decompacted) suggests that the Cerro Toro axial channel belt is an out-of-grade depositional system. Furthermore, the presence of steeper segments (100–175 m/km decompacted) suggests the preservation of one or more knickpoints that are similar in magnitude to tectonically-induced knickpoints on the modern seafloor. The interpreted knickpoints are correlated with a decreasing channel width-depth ratio and an increase of channel depth. These results indicate that stochastic surface modeling using digital outcrop models can constrain stratigraphic interpretations and post-depositional structural heterogeneity.  相似文献

The term “overcapitalized” is frequently used to describe the condition of various fisheries, and to explain why a fishery is in poor condition from a stock status perspective. Often, the concept of overcapitalization is associated with the number of active vessels in a fishery. Although vessel counts are important, they do not fully capture investment or disinvestment in a fishery, and only serve as a crude proxy for a richer concept of fishing capital. A better measure to judge whether overcapitalization is occurring would be the change in capital value for vessels operating, or permitted in a fishery, relative to a benchmark value. Unfortunately, data do not always exist to measure vessel value and associated changes through time. This study presents a method for calculating vessel capital value using a distance function, publicly available vessel sale price data, and non-parametric programming methods. Estimates of value for vessel attributes returned by the distance function are then used to estimate a total value for currently permitted vessels in the northeast region of the United States, and to construct a capital value index for vessels active in the squid, mackerel and butterfish (SMB) fishery between 1996 and 2016. Findings show that the total value of commercially permitted vessels in the northeast region is estimated to be between $606.6 and $769.7 million ($2016). Based on the constructed capital value index, the SMB fishery has undergone a period of disinvestment marked by both declining vessel numbers and capital value.  相似文献

Understanding the performance of each coastal area as it develops is the primary task of policy-makers in a marine economy; however, quantitative regional differences in China's marine economy have not been empirically examined. This paper offers a methodological contribution by applying a series of techniques, including the variation coefficient, Gini coefficient, and Theil index decomposition, to illustrate the relative differences among coastal areas. Additionally, the coastal areas of China were divided into two categories to reveal the provincial differences and regional disparities in China's marine economy. The results show that although the numerical economic differences in Gross Ocean Product (GOP) among coastal areas have increased significantly during the 21st century, the gaps among coastal regions have gradually decreased. In addition, China's marine economy presents three levels of regional development (developed, medium-developed, and developing). The results of the Theil index decomposition show that the overall difference in China's marine economy is derived mainly from differences within the three macro marine economic regions; these differences account for more than 95% of the overall difference. Furthermore, the underlying reasons for and driving mechanism of regional differences in China's marine economy can be illuminated in terms of differences in natural resource endowments and geographic locations; industrial agglomeration and diffusion; changes in regional development policy; and foreign investment. These findings offer basic data support and policy recommendations for marine economy management at the national and regional levels.  相似文献

根据2014年5月及8月在天津海域进行的底拖网调查资料,对该海域游泳动物组成特征进行了初步研究。结果表明,在该海域共捕获游泳动物36种,平均资源密度为126 297.13个/km~2和1 494.40 kg/km~2。以个体密度计算群落多样性,Shannon-Wiener种类多样性指数H′平均为1.803,Margalef种类丰富度指数d平均为0.592,Pielou种类均匀度指数J平均为0.537。资源密度及物种多样性,8月均优于5月。优势种为口虾蛄,重要种为火枪乌贼、日本、斑、六丝钝尾虾虎鱼。天津近岸海域游泳动物渔业资源呈现出低质化的趋势。  相似文献

紫菜养殖业是福建传统近海渔业养殖类型,具有很高的经济收益.采用生态足迹成分法对晋江近海紫菜养殖生态足迹和生态足迹指数进行了估算,以评估其可持续发展程度.结果表明,2015年该海区紫菜养殖生态足迹为197.313 ghm2,其中人工、能源、基建是对生态足迹贡献的主要因素,相比于鱼和虾的精养、半精养的水产养殖模式,紫菜养殖无需投入饲料,对环境的压力较小.紫菜养殖人均生态足迹为0.009 ghm2/人,生态足迹指数为76.76%,是一种"绿色化"的强可持续发展养殖模式.依据受损和未受损两种情况对生态补偿政策提出建议,需要市场、政府两种转移支付手段配合使用,通过具体措施鼓励和促进紫菜可持续发展模式的发展和优化.  相似文献

科学合作是促进知识传播和共享的重要途径,已有研究表明,地理因素是影响科学合作的主要因素之一。然而,目前针对该问题的研究大多只是从科学计量学的角度,对科学合作强度与地理距离的函数关系进行描述,无法揭示科学合作在空间上的分布特征和内部差异性。因此,本文从地理学的角度,以中国雾霾研究的合作网络为例,通过对文献题录中的位置信息进行解析,将虚拟的科学合作网络映射到地理合作网络。在此基础上,提出了一种考虑地理距离的科学合作网络社区发现方法,挖掘科学合作网络中蕴含的空间聚类特征,从而对科学合作的地域倾向性进行反映。通过比较发现,基于合作频次与地理距离的社区发现算法,能够使社区内部的平均地理距离最小而合作强度最大,既反映了科学合作在地理上的近似性,又体现了科学合作强度特征。该方法能够直观地揭示科学合作中隐含的空间分布模式和联系,对其他复杂网络的地理社区划分也有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

Mangroves are woody plant communities in the intertidal zone of tropical and subtropical coasts that play an important role in these zones. The infrared wave band is one of the key bands in the remote sensing identification of mangrove forest, and ALI (advanced land imagery) has a large number of infrared bands. Two angle indices were proposed based on liquid water absorption at band 5p and band 5 of EO-1 ALI, denoted as β1.25 and β1.65 respectively. A decision tree method was adopted to identify mangrove forest using remote sensing techniques for β1.251.65 and NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index) for EO-1 ALI imagery acquired at Shenzhen Bay. The results showed that the reflectance of mangrove forests at band 5p and band 5 was significantly lower than that of terrestrial vegetation due to the characteristics of coastal wetlands of mangrove forests. This resulted in a greater β1.251.65 value for mangrove forest than terrestrial vegetation. The decision tree method using β1.251.65 and NDVI effectively identifies mangrove forest from other land cover categories. The misclassification and leakage rates were 4.29% and 5.11% respectively. ALI sensors with many infrared bands could play an important role in discriminating mangrove forest.  相似文献

利用中国1961-2013年661个气象台站观测资料以及亚洲夏季风指数,通过旋转正交分析(REOF)等方法,选择华北河套干旱气候区的代表站,分析了该区域气候干燥度的变化特征,发现该地区整体呈现干旱化趋势。在此基础上讨论了夏季风与气象因子对气候干燥度的影响,结果表明,南亚西区夏季风的年际及整体减弱趋势对华北河套地区气候干燥度的年际趋势变化影响最为显著,主要影响期在20世纪90年代之前,随着区域气候变暖,这种影响程度减弱。各气象要素对气候干燥度的影响存在年际与年代际差异,热力因子的年际变化对干燥度影响较小,而热力因子的年代际变化在20世纪90年代之后对干燥度的影响十分显著。这说明区域气候长期变暖导致当地水汽压差增大,相对湿度减小,空气需要更多的水分才能达到饱和,同时增大了潜在蒸发能力,加剧了华北河套气候区的干旱化。  相似文献
